Shipping usually takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times may vary due to holidays or unforeseen delays.

4. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the Philippines, but we’re working on expanding worldwide. Stay tuned!

5. Can I return or exchange my order?

We only accept returns or exchanges for defective or incorrect items. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order for assistance.

6. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email or SMS so you can monitor your package through J&T Express’ tracking system.

7. Do you have size charts for your products?

8. Are your products limited edition?

Yes, most of our drops are limited edition, meaning once they sell out, they won’t be restocked. Be sure to grab your favorites before they’re gone!

9. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Orders can only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. After that, we begin processing your order, and changes may not be possible.

10. Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?

At the moment, we focus on exclusive retail sales, but if you’re interested in bulk purchases, contact us, and we’ll see what we can do!
